Healthy Life, Healthy You

I decided to be vegetarian for quite sometime because I wanted to be healthier. Overall I did feel better, I felt as if my body was cleaner and lighter. I wouldn't say become a vegetarian just to "lose weight" because that's just ridiculous. Become one because YOU want to. 

Now that I've been vegetarian for a while I'm  deciding to try out being vegan. I know it will be tough transition but I think I'm up for the challenge. But I wanted to post this for everyone to start thinking about a healthier lifestyle. Everyone deserves to live a happy & healthy life so we need to start taking care of ourselves.
